What To Bring To The VIP Experience

Definitely Bring

Drivers License to verify date of birth – you must be 21+ years old
A print out, phone screen shot or an email to verify your VIP ticket purchase
A comfortable pair of shoes – you’re going to cover some territory
Cash… Parking is CASH Only, and some of our awesome vendors may not be equipped with a Card Reader
Your sense of fun and adventure!

Consider Bringing

A Rain Jacket or Umbrella depending on the weather
A portable phone charger, just in case
A Selfie Stick or Go-Pro to get some awesome group photos and such

Leave At Home

Your Pets – Pets Are Not Allowed In The VIP Tents
Drones – Stick with your Go Pro or Phone to capture the fun
Valuables- we’d hate for you to lose something valuable during the festival

VIP CHECK-IN

When & Where To Check-In

Check-in at any of the 3 VIP Areas labeled on the Festival Map or at the Festival Headquarters. Verification of a print-out, screen shot or email of your ticket purchase and a photo ID will be required.

Each ticket holder will get a lanyard, a wristband and a swag bag of VIP goodies and your commemorative poster.

We can hold your swag until your ready to head home. Hospitality Tents will be open Friday from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Where To Get Your Wine, Beer, & Oysters

Important Note

Please show your wristband and lanyard at each entrance to the VIP Tents and upon receiving your tastings, your wristband will be marked. All 6 oysters included in your VIP ticket must be received at one vendor location. You may select from any one of the 3 VIP tent oyster vendors, The VIP Oyster Card must be redeemed to the oyster vendor upon picking up your oyster tastings (card will be in your lanyard.)

Craft Beer Tent for 6 beer tastings. Oyster tastings available at Strawberry Street Cafe
Virginia Wines Tent for 6 wine tastings. Oysters tastings at Rappahannock Oyster Company
Town Marina Waterfront Tent for an oyster shooter tastings. Oyster tastings at Tidewater Oyster Farms

Get Into The Game!

Kick back and have some fun while enjoying your favorite beverage. Various games, such as Uno, charades, and Jenga, will be available to play while relaxing in the hospitality tent’s exclusive VIP seating area.
